We accept all types of new and gently used children’s items.

 

1. Consignor Registration

* If you are interested in becoming a consignor, please click on this link http://www.myconsignmentmanager.com/beachbabieskidsale and you will be able to register. It will ask for your name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail. All consignors must register through this link.

Please note: You must pay the registration fee to be allowed to register. You may pay via Paypal. If you choose to pay by electronic check in Paypal, it takes 2-4 days to process your check. Your registration will be complete only when your check clears. This means you cannot tag your items until your registration is complete.

* All consignors will receive 60% of the selling price of their items.

* Any consignor who uses the electronic tagging system on all tags will earn 65% on all items sold.

* Any consignor that uses the electronic tagging system for all items and volunteers for 6 hours during set up, drop off, or sorting will receive 70% on all items sold.


2. Preparing your items: “The better items look, the better they sell!”

Acceptable items include:

* new and gently used children’s clothing in sizes newborn to 12 years department store and boutique brand clothing (for example: Belk, Gymboree, Old Navy) less than 5 years old (please see brand exclusions under items not accepted).

* baby equipment (cribs, strollers, high chairs, etc.) in great condition with all parts and hardware (all cribs will be required to be set up completely as per CPSC law).

* toys - clean and with all pieces included

* baby accessories (exersaucer, jumperoo, play mats, swings, etc)

* Bedding, blankets, bottles, bibs

* Books, videos, DVDs

* Limit of 3 pairs of shoes per consignor.

* Maternity clothes. (must be current styles, limit of 12 items per consignor)

* All battery operated equipment and toys MUST have working batteries in them to be dropped off.

Items NOT accepted:

* Clothing with holes, stains, and in poor condition

* No stuffed animals (unless battery operated)

* No car seats.

* Please, check the internet for recalled items at www.cpsc.gov or call 1-800-424-9398 as Beach Babies is not responsible for items that have been recalled

* Brand Exclusions: Due to space issues and because we cannot compete with the prices at large discount stores, this sale we will not accept the following brands: Faded Glory, Route 66, Little Lindsay, McKid, Health Tex, Kid Connection. We will accept these items if they are New with Tags.

3. Bring your items:

* All items should be dropped off at the back entrance to the Inlet Square Mall.

* You will drop off your items, sign a consignor agreement, and we do the rest!

4. Shop and Save

* All consignors are invited to shop at the consignor sale on Friday, August 20th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm before the public!

5. Pick-up

* Pick-up times are Thursday, August 26th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Friday, August 27th from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

* Pick-up is done by appointment only. Your pick-up time must be scheduled at drop-off.

* All items that are not picked up will be donated to a local charity on Friday, August 27th at 1:00 pm.

* Your money will be mailed to you no later than one week from the close of the sale. Go spend it and have fun!

*Beach Babies Kidsale reserves the right to reject any items.*
