Dorothy:

“I moved to Myrtle Beach in 2004 with my husband, Sean. I worked in the Horry County school system until our daughter was born in 2006. While I was pregnant and following the birth of our daughter, I found it difficult to find baby items at reasonable prices. I also wanted to make some money on items we had outgrown or no longer needed. I tried a consignment sale in my parents' hometown and found it to be just what I was looking for. Dell and I decided to open Beach Babies Kidsale to give Myrtle Beach moms the same opportunity. Living in an area that is geared to tourists, our goal is to provide an outreach to this community that is a quality experience for locals.”

Dell:

“I am a mother of three (a boy 9, a girl 6, and another girl 5) . When I had our son I went to a local consignment sale and realized what great items we could get for just a fraction of the cost of retail. I was hooked! I got more involved by selling and becoming a volunteer so I could have the best selection. I got so many compliments on my children’s clothes. Then, I had the opportunity to partner and run a sale in North Carolina. I decided to join Dorothy and bring my experience to Beach Babies Kidsale. What a blessing to now be able to run an excellent sale with my wonderful little sister."
